Cancellation Policy
Wedding DJ Package Details DJ Services: A professional DJ dedicated to creating a memorable atmosphere for your wedding. Coverage Duration: Number of hours booked of music and entertainment, including pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Equipment Provided: Professional sound equipment, microphones, and lighting to enhance the experience. 1. Booking and Payment Payment Due at Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Payments are non-refundable thereafter. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes based on availability at no charge if rescheduled 30 days in advance. Otherwise, a 50% fee may apply. Cancellations: All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. If we rebook your date, we may offer a partial credit. 3. Music Selection and Usage Music Library: Our DJ will work with you to curate a playlist that reflects your preferences, including must-play and do-not-play songs. Performance Timeline: Please provide a detailed timeline of the event, including specific moments where music is required, at least 7 days in advance. Sound and Lighting: Our DJ will provide high-quality sound equipment and lighting as part of the package. Any additional equipment requested may incur extra charges. 4. Client Responsibilities Venue Coordination: Ensure your venue can accommodate our equipment and that we have access to the setup area upon arrival. Guest Cooperation: We kindly ask that guests respect the DJ's space during performances for the best experience. 5. Limitation of Liability Waiver of Liability: B. Remembered is not liable for any accidents or damages during the wedding. By booking, you release us from any related claims. Service Quality: We strive to deliver a high-quality DJ experience, but factors like venue acoustics and guest preferences may influence the overall experience. By booking this package, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
